Shoring

Made up of modular towers, point shoring and accessories, the components of our metal shoring system are manufactured using high-quality raw materials and under strict quality standards.
In addition, all projects are designed in compliance with all current technical standards, especially NBR-15.696 (Formwork and shoring for concrete structures - Design, dimensioning and executive procedures) and NBR 7190 (Design of wooden structures).


All the components are easy to fit together, making them easy to assemble, overlap and dismantle, and most of them are easily transported around the site by hand. They are highly resistant, allowing larger spans to be opened between the uprights, thus facilitating transit through the site, and their perfect coupling with our bracing system allows them to reach great heights with strength and ease. Finally, all components are made from recyclable or reusable materials.

Function: To facilitate the leveling of tower bases.

ADJUSTABLE BASE
Dimensions: 0.50 m solid thread. Function: To facilitate the leveling of tower bases in the face of unevenness and obstacles with high precision and resistance.

25D ADJUSTING FORK
Dimensions: 0.25 m solid thread. Function: To support 1 or 2 V3 or V4 beams at ends or transverse, as well as leveling the forms.

25S ADJUSTMENT FORK
Dimensions: 0.25m of solid thread Function: To support 1 V3 or V4 beam at the ends, as well as leveling the forms

40D ADJUSTING FORK
Dimensions: 0.40 m solid thread. Function: To support 1 or 2 V3 or V4 beams at ends or transverse, as well as leveling the forms.

40S ADJUSTMENT FORK
Dimensions: 0.40 m solid thread Function: To support 1 V3 or V4 beam at the ends, as well as leveling the forms.

H20 ADJUSTING FORK
Dimensions: 0.40 m solid thread. Function: To support 1 or 2 primary H20 beams, both transverse and at the ends, as well as leveling the forms.

DRILLED BASE
Dimensions: 0.10 / 0.20 / 0.25 / 0.50 / 0.70 m.
Role: To support the assembly of pitchforks on beam bottom towers, shoring up the slabs.

PERIPHERY CONSOLE (FRENCH HAND)
Function: to serve as a working platform for peripheral beam towers or as shoring for beams/slab slabs on the periphery, when necessary.

H20 PROP FORK
Function: Used to support 1 or 2 H20 beams in the shoring system.

STRUT TRIPOD
Function: To stabilize the strut in a vertical position to aid assembly.

STRUT PIN
Function: Locking the strut at the required height setting.

STRUT CROSS
Function: Attached to the top of the strut, its purpose is to help with shoring by supporting the bottom of the beam formwork.

MULTI ART POST
Dimensions: 0.50 / 1.00 / 1.50 / 2.00 / 2.50 m.
Function: Adaptable and sturdy pole, used in conjunction with Multi ART sleepers to form a tower with a high load capacity.

MULTI ART PLATTER
Dimensions: 0.60 / 1.10 / 1.60 / 2.10 m. Function: Joins the Multi ART poles, bracing and giving the Tower a rectangular shape.

MULTI ART COUPLING
Function: Coupling the Multi ART poles by overlapping, with 0.10 m of coupling on each pole.

VIGA V3
Dimensions: 0.075 m high x 2.00 / 2.50 / 3.00 / 3.50 m.
Function: Works as the main beam in shoring.

VIGA V4
Dimensions: 0.10 m high x 2.00 / 2.50 / 3.00 / 3.50 / 4.00 m.
Function: Works as the main beam in shoring.

H20 BEAM

Function: Mixed timber/metal beam, used as a secondary beam in barroading.

BRACING TUBES
Dimensions: Diameters 42.20 and 48.30 mm x 0.50 / 1.00 / 2.00 / 2.50 / 3.00 / 3.50 / 4.00 / 4.50 / 5.00 / 5.50 / 6.00 m. Function: Bracing / locking towers.

FIXED CLAMP
Dimensions: For 42.20 and 48.30 mm tubes. Function: Used to fix the bracing tubes to the towers.

SWIVEL CLAMP
Dimensions: For 42.20 and 48.30 mm tubes. Function: Used to fix the bracing tubes to the towers.

LENGTHENER
Function: To extend the length of the struts.
Locks

ANCHOR BAR WITH FLANGE
Dimensions: 0.75 / 1.00 / 1.25 / 1.50 / 2.00 / 2.50 / 3.00 m.
Function: Used for locking formwork and pillars using the anchor nut at 1 end

ANCHOR BAR WITHOUT FLANGE
Dimensions: as requested.
Function: Used for locking formwork and pillars, for the use of anchor nuts at both ends.

ANCHOR NUT
Dimensions: Diameter 5/8″.
Function: Used with Anchor Bars to adjust locking.

BEAM BOTTOM CLIP (PUPPY)
Function: United by the Anchor Bar, they ensure the stability of the formwork at the bottom of the beams.

SUPPORTER
Dimensions: 0.40 m solid thread Function: Used to vertically level wall and column panels and formwork.

VIGA V50
Dimensions: 0.05 m x 1.20 m.
Function: Metal beam used to tie together columns and beams.

VIGA V3
Dimensions: 0.075 m high x 2.00 / 2.50 3.00 / 3.50 m.
Role: Works on locking walls, beams and pillars.
