Collective Protections

In the same way that our scaffolding system guarantees safe and practical access for workers to the work fronts, our Collective Protection system guarantees the protection and prevention of falls of people and objects throughout the site.

The system is divided into 3 main groups: Guardrail systems (periphery, elevator shaft and staircase); Lifelines and Protection trays (primary and secondary).

Like the other Nova Art systems, the collective protections are designed and manufactured in full compliance with the NR-18 and NR-35 standards, providing safe access for workers wherever there is a risk of people or materials falling throughout the construction site.

Finally, in addition to guaranteeing safety, our equipment has been designed to provide fast, practical and safe assembly. To this end, all of the system's components have been designed to be easy to transport on site, with practical fastening devices that are simple to install and can be done by any operator. Even with all this practicality, our intensive technical support guarantees quality assembly at every stage.

Equipment that makes up the system

TRAY - PRIMARY TRAY

Function: It should be installed on the 1st slab of buildings with more than 4 floors. The primary protection platform's function is to prevent materials and debris from falling.

APARALIXO - SECONDARY TRAY

Function: Installed every 3 floors in buildings with more than 4 floors. The function of the secondary protection platform is to prevent materials and debris from falling.

LIFELINE - POLE

Dimensions: 7.50 m Function:
Essential for preventing falls when carrying out work activities at heights of more than 2.00 m.

CLAMP LIFELINE

Function: Used to connect and adjust the height of the cable connected to the life pole. Provides greater safety when moving the worker.

LADDER POST

Function: Post used for fixing guardrail elements to stairs during the construction phase.

GUARD RAIL 50 CM

Dimensions: 0.50 x 1.20 m.
Function: To close gaps on the periphery of structures, preventing people and materials from falling through.

GUARD RAIL 75 CM

Dimensions: 0.75 x 1.20 m.
Function: To close gaps on the periphery of structures, preventing people and materials from falling through.

GUARD RAIL 150 CM

Dimensions: 1.50 x 1.20 m.
