Scaffolding

The Nova Art scaffolding system can be used both as façade scaffolding and for general service towers, as its modulation and fitting system meet all the regulatory requirements, as they have been designed in accordance with the NR-18 and NBR-6494 standards.

The system has a wide variety of accessories which, together with our system of tubes and clamps, allow it to be assembled in the most diverse conditions of base support and vertical formats, guaranteeing workers access to the work fronts with versatility and safety.

Speaking of safety, our scaffolding not only complies with NR-18 and NBR 6494, but also has all the devices and standards required by NR-35, which regulates working at heights.

Equipment that makes up the system

STAIRCASE RAILING

Dimensions: 2.00 and 2.50 m.
Function: Modulate the towers of the facade scaffolding, give stability to the whole and access via the ladder.

GANTRY FRAME

Dimensions: 2.00 and 2.50 m.
Function: Modulate the towers of the facade scaffolding and give stability to the whole.

FAÇADE ''X'' LOCKING

Dimensions: 1.50 and 2.00 m.
Function: Joining the frames, bracing and shaping the Tower.

DIAGONAL FAÇADE

Dimensions: 1.50 and 2.00 m.
Function: Joining the frames, bracing and giving greater stability.

NON-SLIP METAL FLOORING

Dimensions: 1.50 / 2.00 m
Function: To form a non-slip walkway on scaffolding at levels where there are work fronts.

FIXED AND ADJUSTABLE BASE

Function: To facilitate the leveling of tower bases.

ANDAIMED FOOTER

Dimensions: 1.50 / 2.00 m.
Function: To surround the perimeter of the workers' passageway at floor level, protecting against people and materials falling.

SCAFFOLDING PULLEY (CASTER)

Function: Used to move the Tower.

TUBES AND CLAMPS FOR BRACING
